For payment problems

Include the email used at checkout and the pet/case name. Never email your full card number, security code, password, or other sensitive payment credentials.

For image or case problems

Include the public case link if you have one and describe what went wrong. If an image generation attempt failed, do not send confidential information that is unrelated to the pet case.

Premium downloads

Purchased Full Case Files remain associated with the PetCourt account and case used for the purchase. Sign in and open your docket to access an unlocked case file again.
