PetCourt is entertainment

PetCourt creates fictional, humorous pet "cases," mugshots, verdicts, and related digital content. PetCourt does not provide legal services, real court records, or factual allegations about people or animals.

Your content

You must have the right to upload and use the photos and information you submit. You remain responsible for your submitted content. You grant PetCourt the permissions reasonably necessary to process, store, transform, display, and deliver that content through the service.

Public cases and jury activity

Public case pages may be viewed, shared, commented on, voted on, and indexed by search engines. Do not include private, unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful material. PetCourt may remove or restrict content or activity that threatens users, the service, or third parties.

Premium Full Case File

The Full Case File is a one-time digital purchase associated with a specific PetCourt case. It may include downloadable mugshot artwork, a verdict certificate, social-ready graphics, and related digital case materials. Availability and exact contents can change as PetCourt improves the product.

Payments and purchase issues

Payments are processed through Stripe. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, were charged more than once, or did not receive purchased digital access, contact PetCourt support so the transaction can be reviewed. Any remedies required by applicable law remain available.

Acceptable use

Do not use PetCourt to impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, abuse voting or comment systems, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful content.

Service availability

PetCourt may change, suspend, improve, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated content will always match a particular artistic result.
